Avontuur Disa Gorge Chardonnay
Chardonnay can sometimes feel a little overworked, but Avontuur’s Disa Gorge keeps things nicely in check. We urge you to give it a little try, even if it’s not your varietal of choice.
Why we love it:
Expect citrus blossom and lime on the nose, followed by white peach and a squeeze of grapefruit. A touch of oak brings gentle toast and spice. Fresh, polished and confident, it’s the type of white wine that disappears surprisingly quickly.
