Cutest story, cutest crab. Shell-vis Presley is home at Kidd’s Beach after being accidentally scooped up as a shell and taken to Gauteng in a family’s beach bag. The Randburg SPCA stepped in, conservation authorities gave the nod and Airlink flew the tiny stowaway back to the Eastern Cape, where he was welcomed with a teeny-tiny sign. Crabby about the detour? Crabsolutely not.

Google’s 2025 data crowned 😭 the world’s most-used emoji, deployed for everything from hysterical laughter to embarrassment and emotional overload. Meet Natalie Harp, aka “the human printer”, US President Donald Trump’s aide, whose job reportedly includes feeding him printouts of favourable news. Now she’s become the news herself. After Democratic senator Jon Ossoff name-checked her in a viral speech, Harp’s brother hit the airwaves and her intensely devoted letters to Trump resurfaced, including: “You are all that matters to me.” Intimate, devoted and, well, yikes.
