Sne Dlamini is Head of Client Management and a director on the Old Mutual Investment Group board. She is responsible for driving the institutional and wholesale retail client strategy across South Africa, Africa ex-SA, the Middle East, the UK, and Europe. She has 19 years' experience in the investment management industry, spanning listed and unlisted investment businesses. Sne joined Old Mutual Investment Group in June 2019 as a Client Director, where she managed a portfolio of institutional clients in South Africa, and was promoted to lead the team in February 2021. She is passionate about advancing diversity, equity and inclusion across business, the investment industry and society. Since 2021, she has served as Chairperson of the Old Mutual Investment Group Transformation Committee, an Exco sub-committee. Sne holds a BBusSc degree from the University of Cape Town and has completed the Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management at UNISA.
